How do I find the right size?

Sizing can vary from piece to piece. If there's a size chart on the page, that's your best guide. Not sure, or between sizes? Email us your usual size or measurements and we'll point you to the right one. Quicker than guessing.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. If it doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Is this built to hold up outdoors?

Every piece is picked for real field use. Trail, water, and hunt, not the shelf. Check the specs on this page for the exact materials and features so you know what it's made for.

Walking in, you're fine. You're generating heat faster than the cold can take it. Then you get to the stand, you sit down, and within forty minutes it's over — the insulation that was plenty while you were moving has nothing left to hold, because you stopped making heat and it can only ever keep what you produce.

That's the problem this gilet actually solves. It doesn't trap your warmth. It makes its own.

Here's how it works.

Carbon-fibre elements run through four zones — the back of your neck, your upper back, your abdomen and your waist. The neck one matters most: it's the first place you feel cold going through when you're sitting still. One button on the chest cycles three levels, 30, 40 and 50°C, and it's big enough to work through gloves.

Power comes from a standard USB power bank in your pocket, not a sealed battery. That's deliberate. The bank you already carry for your phone runs it — around 8 hours from a 10,000 mAh — and when it's flat you swap in another and keep going instead of packing up. Power bank isn't included.

And it's 320 g, sleeveless, slim. It goes under the shell you already own without touching your draw or your cast. Bank goes flat, you've still got a quilted gilet.

The gear it replaces:

Heavier insulated jacket — bulk you carry all day for warmth you only need when static
Second midlayer — one more thing in the pack, and still passive
Hand warmers — single use, one spot, gone in a few hours

What's in it:

Four heating zones. Neck, back, abdomen, waist — the neck being the one most gilets skip.
Three settings up to 50°C. Dial it down instead of unzipping and losing everything.
One chest button. Operable through gloves without looking.
Runs off a standard power bank. Swap banks and the day keeps going. Not included.
320 g and sleeveless. Layers under a shell without touching your arms.
Water-resistant outer. Handles the weather you'd expect to sit out in.
