Return and Refund Policy

At Activearo, we take pride in the quality of our outdoor gear and aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience. While we carefully select and inspect our products, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Please review the information below before submitting a return request.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be returned in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
  • The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (see the section Non-Returnable Items below).

Return Shipping & Responsibility

Change of Mind / Incorrect Size or Color

  • If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color, the following conditions apply:
  • The return request must still be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Contact Activearo

Email our support team at info@activearo.com and include:

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 business hours.

Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation and instructions.

Step 3 – Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags, accessories, and included materials are returned with the product.

Step 4 – Ship the Return

For change-of-mind returns, ship the package using a carrier of your choice to the return address provided.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Activearo cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

No Restocking Fees

Activearo does not charge any restocking or handling fees on returned items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected at our distribution center, the following process will apply:

You will receive an email notification confirming whether the return has been approved or declined

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact Activearo within 30 days of delivery.

For exchanges related to a change of mind:

The original item must first be returned and approved

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Once the return is processed, the replacement item will be shipped

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and thermal base layers
  • Socks or other hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
