These are women's baggy cargo pants cut in the parachute shape, made to be worn wide and worn often. An elasticated drawstring waist pulls them on, cord-locks at each ankle let you set the length yourself, and the hand pockets are deep enough to actually carry a phone.
Matte woven fabric with a visible weave, a flapped cargo pocket on each outer thigh and an open slash pocket at each hip.
